At Ooni USA, we want you to love your outdoor cooking experience; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Oven

  Carefully pack your products in the original Ooni boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
